Pet Coordination

Because weddings are better with dogs.
Our dedicated pet coordinators help ensure your dog is safely cared for and seamlessly included throughout your wedding celebration. Services include up to two nights of in-home pet sitting, transportation to and from wedding events, assistance during the ceremony, coordination for photos, cocktail hour appearances, and personalized care throughout the day. Prior to the wedding, you'll meet your pet coordinator to discuss your dog's routine, personality, and role in the celebration.
From helping them look their best for photos to making sure they're comfortable and well cared for, we'll handle the details so you can enjoy every moment knowing your pet is in great hands.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
For full planning, most couples book 12–18 months before their wedding. This allows plenty of time to secure your dream venue and vendor team while ensuring a thoughtful, well-paced planning experience. Because I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year, I always recommend reaching out as soon as possible to reserve your date.
MY VENUE HAS A “PLANNER”. WHY WOULD I NEED TO HIRE ONE?
While most venues provide a venue coordinator, their responsibility is the venue itself. My responsibility is you. I oversee the big picture of your wedding day, coordinate with your entire vendor team, manage timelines and logistics, and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. The best wedding days happen when a great venue coordinator and wedding planner work hand in hand.

Based in Boston, we specialize in city and coastal celebrations throughout New England. While most of our weddings take place in Massachusetts and the surrounding states, we love traveling and are available for weddings throughout the United States.
CAN I HIRE PET COORDINATION AS A STANDALONE SERVICE?
Pet coordination is available exclusively as an add-on to our planning and coordination services. Including your dog in your wedding day involves much more than pet care—it requires thoughtful coordination with your timeline, venue, vendors, and overall wedding-day logistics. By managing both, we're able to create a seamless experience for you and your furry family member.
